We are currently seeking a highly qualified Associate Manager, Cigarette Manufacturing, to join our team in Richmond, VA. You will develop, analyze, report, and provide decision support on Cigarette Manufacturing’s performance against budget and implement initiatives to control/reduce costs.
What will you be doing?

* You'll develop, analyze, and report on Cigarette Manufacturing’s fixed budget
* You will co-develop Cigarette Manufacturing's variable budget in collaboration with the Staffing Department
* You will maintain data integrity on cigarette manufacturing performance data. Ensure weekly targets are uploaded for various Manufacturing reporting infrastructure
* You'll deliver training for new Business Unit Leaders on Workbrain and variable labor management
* You will craft and maintain the Cigarette Manufacturing tracking and management infrastructure for variable labor
* You will build and manage the manufacturing productivity reporting and analysis infrastructure
* You'll perform business case and scenario analysis to include financial impact
* You will lead small to medium scope Cigarette Manufacturing continuous improvement projects
* You may provide coverage for the Business Unit Leader role in times of need

Specific Skills

What does you experience look like?

* A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is preferred or you possess a minimum of five years of experience in a field related to cigarette manufacturing
* It is preferred you Possess detailed knowledge of Primary Processing, Cigarette Manufacturing, and Finished Product supply chain
* You have an ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to internal and external partners
* You have highly developed interpersonal skills to lead diverse cross functional project teams
* You possess highly developed analytical skills to execute root cause analysis, corrective action, and continuous improvement
* You have well-developed end-user level computer skills
* You possess advanced end-user skill level in Tableau and/or other analytics and reporting software
