We are currently seeking an Associate Manager Financial Analyst to join our Finance team at Altria Client Services group in the Richmond, VA area! You will evaluate Altria's control environment and communicate results and recommendations to senior leadership.

Job Duties

* You will manage people and or projects independently and as part of a team comprised of diverse backgrounds across the entire Altria organization.
* You'll leads strategic initiatives with openness and curiosity that incorporate industry and financial knowledge to drive competitive advantage and innovative solutions ahead of change.
* You will challenge the status quo and evaluate ideas cross-functionally and help implement proposals, process innovation and simplification.
* You'll influence and negotiate effectively using multiple inputs from across the enterprise, while effectively clarifying what matters and driving results.
* You will cultivate a diverse team environment, encouraging and developing unique perspectives that drive results.
* You'll display the ability to identify and analyze relevant data and develop an understanding of trends in order to provide insights and direction to management.
* You have an interest in rotating throughout Finance & Accounting to build financial acumen and business knowledge.

Specific Skills

Qualifications include

* Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance, preferred.
* Professional designation (including CPA, CIA, CFA) desired.
* 6+ years of business experience with a focus on accounting, financial reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, or auditing is preferred.
