PM USA is seeking a creative, driven and analytical Retail Operations Manager to join our team. You will build and lead IQOS retail operations across our U.S. brick and mortar store locations.
In your role as Retail Operations Manager, you will lead a network of retail stores. This will include business performance, professional development of field teams and store culture. You will own driving strategic initiatives and key processes for growth, profitability, efficiency and creating a unique customer experience.

You will accomplish this by:

* Developing and executing a transition plan to internalize retail operations currently run by third-parties.
* This will include:
* Optimizing store staffing and scheduling model
* Implementing consistent operational standards across retail outlets
* Assisting in the creation of compensation structure including incentive plans to drive retail critical metrics

* Leading multiple store managers across geographies to facilitate success of retail stores
* Monitoring and meeting store P&L goals assigned to each location
* Visiting IQOS retail locations regularly to provide support and ensure in-store compliance with marketing guidelines and initiatives
* Providing performance management feedback and mentorship to in-store employees
* Oversight of mystery shopper program

* Providing consumer experience feedback to central marketing team with suggestions for adjustments to consumer interactions
* Leading in-store event execution with store managers and events / mobile retail team
* Identify and recruit retail talent (store managers, associates)
* Build encouraging and collaborative retail culture
* Travel up to 50%, mainly in the United States

Specific Skills

You have:

* 5+ years of retail management experience including multiple retail outlets and previous position as a store manager
* Comprehensive knowledge of retail industry with ideal experience in service-based store environments (i.e. fashion, luxury goods, hospitality, etc.)
* Training and mentorship skills
* Proficient in financial and retail planning tools
