Job Duties:

* You will collaborate with different teams within the organization to design a training curriculum which addresses the needs of the employees to increase data literacy.
* You will be responsible for managing the online learning management system and collaborate with the talent development team for effective dissemination of training across the organization.
* You will be responsible for researching and implementing innovative training methods most conducive to user adoption and change management.
* You will collaborate with other members of the Data Strategy team and Advanced Analytics to design training curriculum focused on understanding of meaning of in-house data sources, analytical methods, end user reporting platform, and programming languages to support business.
* You will be responsible for identification of the right training partner when needed, training material, and creation of training material as needed.

Qualifications Include:

* Bachelor’s degree in Science, Mathematics, or Human Resources.
* 8+ years of progressively responsible work experience, preferably with 2+ years of experience in the tobacco products industry.
* Demonstrated passion for training and change management with experience in designing learning plans and measuring the effectiveness of the training.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to train on technical concepts, such as data structure, analytical methods, and data platforms to non-technical audiences.
* Possess functional understanding of data structures, analytical methods, and how to use data platforms (ex: SQL, R, Python, Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
* Comfortable developing, progressing, and prioritizing multiple concurrent project pipelines for internal resources and external suppliers.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
* Possess strong problem solving, critical and strategic thinking skills, and the creativity to find and try new solutions.
* Demonstrate curiosity, urgency, and the confidence to effectively debate across all levels of the organization.
* Ability to travel up to 10%.
