We are currently seeking a highly qualified Procurement Analyst to join the Indirect Materials Procurement organization in Richmond, VA. You will ensure that contracting strategies for specified services for the Indirect Materials Procurement based functionsare executed to meet business requirements at the best possible value.

What will you be doing?

* You will prepare complex and sensitive procurement contracts and advise clients on their responsibilities associated with contract management

· You will manage relationships with critical suppliers

· You will coordinate and negotiate contract terms and conditions with internal and external stakeholders

· You will manage bidding and contract execution

· You will source and select appropriate suppliers

· You will participate in or lead cross-functional business efforts and projects related to the procurement of services or goods

· You will identify potential solutions for mitigating risk

· You will perform basic market research and business analysis to identify strategies for achieving optimal business value

· You will produce business reports, charts and graphs to assist in running the business

· You will support supplier execution of contracts/alliances

Specific Skills

What does your background look like?

* You possess a Bachelor's in a Business/Technical discipline or 3-4 years of equivalent experience in Procurement or a related field
* Proven interpersonal skills (oral and written), with the ability to present to Senior Management
* Ability to perform financial and business analysis
* Negotiation experience preferred
* Project Management experience preferred
* SAP, Accounts Payable, EDI, and other business system experience preferred
