Here’s what we'll need you to do:

• Develop strategic insights from our rich and diverse databases through advanced analytics.
• Use advanced analytical techniques such as multivariate regression models to develop consumer-centric business recommendations.
• Work alongside and provide direction to a set of world-class analytic partners.
• Integrate consumer research and marketplace data to form new insights that create actionable recommendations to all levels of management
• Serve as strategic thinking partner to stakeholders through client relationships and consultative skills.

Specific Skills

Does this describe you?

• You have an undergraduate degree, preferably a graduate degree, in Statistics, Economics, Applied Computer Science, Econometrics, Computational Statistics or Analytics.
• You have 3+ years of progressively responsible work experience, preferably in the fast moving consumer goods industry.
• You can apply a variety of advanced statistical techniques ranging from Bayesian simulation sampling and discrete choice models to time series forecasting of consumer demand.
• You possess a strong understanding of econometric theory applied to marketing strategy, pricing strategy, and resource allocation and utilization.
• You’re highly proficient with MS Office applications and you're experienced working with SAS, Python, Scala, R or similar tools and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• You have a functional understanding of database architectures and ETL procedures.
• Preferably, you’ll have some experience working with point of sale databases such as IRI or Nielsen.
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills, can translate analytical results into business recommendations and can effectively communicate those results to a wide range audiences, including senior management.
• You’re comfortable managing and developing project pipelines while working on multiple initiatives and priorities.
• You’re able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• You have strong problem solving, critical and strategic thinking skills, and the creativity to find and try new solutions.
• You have a sense of urgency and curiosity, and the courage and confidence to debate across all levels of the organization.
