Altria Group Distribution Company’s role is to provide sales, distribution and consumer engagement services for Altria’s tobacco operating companies.

We are currently seeking a highly qualified Senior Analyst, Customer Supply Chain to join our Inventory Services team in Richmond, VA. The successful candidate will be a results-oriented teammate who has a passion for helping others succeed through intellectual curiosity.

As a member of a diverse support team, you are passionate about:

* Developing strategies that support an efficient and cost-effective supply chain while meeting various initiatives.
* Collaborate with our internal and external partners to deliver winning results.

In this role you will:

* Represent Inventory Services in the collaboration of Customer Supply Chain & AGDC initiatives
* Analyze distribution activities with a focus on network optimization, and delivering a high level of service and value to our customers
* Coordinate the distribution of finished goods product throughout Altria’s logistics network
* Demonstrate strategic thinking and drive analytics including capturing and interpreting relevant data and making recommendations to provide solutions for AGDC and our business partners.

We want you to have:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Management, preferably with a focus in Supply Chain and Logistics or related field such as Business Information Technology, Industrial Systems Engineering
* 3-5 years of proven experience, where you developed a firm grasp of Supply Chain Management processes and systems.
* Knowledge of SAP, MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Tableau and JDA/Blue Yonder or similar systems a plus.
* Effective communication skills that enable you to work with and influence a variety of internal and external partners.
* Performs independently while keeping partners advised.
* Open to sharing knowledge freely, help others whenever possible.
* Confident enough to ask for help when needed.
