We are currently seeking a highly qualified Senior Regional Administrator in our Field Sales Office in Schaumburg, IL. to provide support to the Regional Vice President (RVP).

How will you contribute?

* Providing critical administrative support for the RVP and Leadership Team including generating reports, preparing presentations, and planning meetings.
* Handling and maintaining the RVP’s calendar, while understanding departmental priorities
* Scheduling and arranging meetings from inception through invoice management, which involves extensive coordination and follow-up with both internal and external partners
* Willing to work closely with the Leadership Team and other functional areas
* Maintaining highly sensitive and/or confidential materials and matters
* Ensuring consistency in compliance with company policies and practices?

Specific Skills

What can you bring?

* An Associate’s Degree (or equivalent experience), plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work independently and make decisions in management absence.
* Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
* Strong organizational skills. Strong knowledge of policies and procedures.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Advanced computer skills, including a deep understanding and application of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Power Point, Excel and Word).
* Ability to interact with all levels within and outside of the company.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Understanding, influencing and/or serving people are important skills in completing responsibilities.
