Are you looking to use your C#/.NET development skills to lead the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing-based systems at a Fortune 200 CPG company? Do you have 8+ years of development experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment? If so, we want to speak with you about the Lead Software Engineer position that we are looking to fill at US Smokeless Tobacco in Nashville, TN.

What will you be doing?

• You will provide leadership to deliver Enterprise application solutions used in our manufacturing environment
• You’ll design and implement Information Systems solutions following IS Manufacturing Standards and industry standard methodologies
• You will communicate complex technical information to business customers and project teams in an effective and concise manner
• You'll effectively work at different levels within project teams and client organizations to understand business needs and define strategic solutions
• You will handle multiple priorities in a changing environment
• You’ll develop and mentor project members
• You will fix and resolve complex technical issues

Specific Skills

What does your background, skills and experience look like?

• You possess a B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or relevant experience
• You have 8+ years of validated Information Systems development experience
• We prefer you have experience in a Manufacturing environment with Process Controls
• Your technical skills:

o Data and system architecture

o Object oriented analysis and design techniques

o Strong organization and documentation skills

o Programming languages (C#.NET, MS SQL Transact-SQL, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3)

o Database Management

o IIS Configuration and Management

o Network Systems and Firewall Management

o Windows Server Management

o Windows and other device management

 Airwatch

 Thinmanager

 Mobile devices
• You are highly motivated with an autonomous work ethic
• You have the ability to learn new skills and technologies
