We are currently seeking a Technical Support Engineer/ Project Coordinator in Englewood, NJ. In this role, you will help Nat Sherman achieve a higher standard of IT end-user support and insure greater awareness of security and compliance, through ongoing communication, upgrades, education, and interactions with employees. You will start handling small IT projects and will grow to lead larger projects and learn new skills. This position is 50% Helpdesk and 50% Project Coordination.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* You will provide remote and hands-on desktop support with end-user’s laptop, desktop, iPad, and iPhone. Supporting Microsoft 365, to include Outlook, Office Apps, SharePoint, and One Drive.
* Being inventive in supporting users with new IT challenges as they arise.
* You'11 keep abreast of changes in Microsoft 365 and other programs supported.
* You will educate and teach network users, and other employees on network security, policies, and standards both face to face and through video tutorials.
* You'11 work on Security or other IT Project Implementations with the Manager and Business Information Security Officer.
* Working with IT staff to maintain and adhere to business continuity and disaster recovery plans.

* You have bachelor’s degree in an IT related discipline or relevant technical training
* You have 2+ years of desktop support preferably with Microsoft Office 365 (to include Desktop Apps, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Windows 10.
* You have 2+ years of experience in small or medium sized project management preferred.
* You are proficient at writing and enforcing policies and keeping them up to date.
* You enjoy working in small, medium and large size teams, with a willingness to take on new challenges and projects
* You are inquisitive by nature and believe you never stop learning.
